Ride with Team Glow

The calendar  gives details of rides.  For  impromptu rides and other event join our Facebook group (you need to be a member of FB first) - we have over 200 members on FB join our Facebook group (you need to be a member of FB first) - we have over 250 members on FB. 
Let us know to expect you with an email or via FB if you want to come on a ride.
We offer four types of rides:
  • A Group rides the first Sunday of the month - 'Beginner Glow' rides of 15 - 25 miles
  • B Group rides the second Sunday of the month - 30 - 40 miles building up distance rather than speed
  • C Group rides the third Sunday of the month - 50+ miles building up distance and speed of 12 - 14mph
  • D Group rides the fourth Sunday of the month 50-70+ miles building up longer distance and higher speed of 15 - 18+mp

Five Minutes with Liz Clarke, Bikeright! Director

Team Glow's very own Liz Clarke is in the news, featured in the online magazine Total Womens Cycling. Liz talks about along with her partner, how they set up BikeRight! a cycle training business which this year has grown to offices in four cities in the UK.  Liz is a keen member of TG and BikeRight! supported our Lands End to John O'Groats ride last year.
